10 Workouts You Can Do in Your Gym

Here are the simple workouts you can do in your gym.

Walking:

these are very good exercise for our legs and buttocks, you can even just try these by sitting and standing up again regular chair, if you are finding them to be too difficult. As long as you are able to do a few repetitions you will be providing some benefits.

Light weight lifting:

we do not need to buy expensive weight for this. Just use whatever you can find in your gym. Start out with something lighter such as a can of pea and work out yourself up to heavier.

Dancing:

dancing is a wonderful exercise that is great for your heart not only that but it can lift your sprits as well.

Step Exercise:

using the steps in your gym, you can do repetition that will tone your legs muscles, getting some exercise is important, but you do not go out and join expensive gym. Just build your own gym at home.
